I want to help people viewing your property to visualize themselves in your space and crave the experience it provides. We’ll chat and dream up ideas together before my stay to ensure we are on the same page about who your ideal guests are and how we can target them through my imagery. I will bring my own ideas to the table as well as take the time to get to know what you as the hosts wish to say through these photos. I create experience-based content that speaks on a deeper level to renters. Not only will you have attractive photos to add to your listing, but you’ll also get a ton of content for your social channels too.
I’ve been photographing rental properties for over 5 years professionally. Over the years I’ve learned how to structure and provide more value through my content to hundreds of clients, brands and cabin/cottage owners like yourself. I believe that when someone truly loves what they do it shows in the work they create.
I’m passionate about storytelling and it’s a very important part of all the work I create. What does it feel like to stay at your space? How will guests spend their time? What nearby attractions can they visit? I want to come and dig in to experience it myself so that I can convey that in a way that will resonate with you and your guests. The process is so important to creating genuine content that looks organic and intriguing so that people can picture what it’s like to stay at your place in a way that sets it apart from other rentals.

As you know, Instagram is such a great tool to connect with and target future renters beyond your rental platform. My followers LOVE this type of content and I will happily share stories and tag images from my stay to connect them to your space. PACKAGE ONE: $1500 + HST
- One full day during the week – it’s important we have a chance to settle in and create from experience.
- This package includes the cost of travel for up to 100km each way.
- This package includes some basic food as props for images (smores, small dinner set up). This package does not include large dinner set ups, charcuterie board or alcohol unless you’d like it to be added to the invoice.
- Drone photography included.
- Discovery call / content targeting with hosts.
- 150-200 images delivered within 2 weeks of the stay.
- Online sharing/stories via Instagram during the stay. (This often leads to features on popular cabin accounts.)
- Feedback if requested.
PACKAGE TWO: $3000 + HST
- Two full days during the week – it’s important we have a chance to settle in and create from experience.
- This package includes the cost of travel for up to 100km each way.
- This package includes food, alcohol and props for styling lifestyle images. (Charcuterie board set up on the dock, pasta dinner in the dining room or patio, pizza or smores over the fire, wine etc).
- Drone photography and night photography included in this package.
- This package includes models for lifestyle content (You can choose between individual shots, couples, families or group shots depending on your target preference).
- Discovery call / content targeting with hosts.
- 300+ images delivered within 2 weeks of the stay.
- Online sharing/stories via Instagram during the stay. (This often leads to features on popular cabin accounts.)
- Feedback if requested.
