Arowhon Pines holds such a special place in my heart. I’ve taken many personal trips here over the years, and it holds so many of my favourite memories. When Hilary and Cory reached out to me searching for the perfect place to spend their elopement weekend, Arowhon Pines Resort was at the top of my list to send them.
Tucked deep in Algonquin Provincial Park, Arowhon is one of few places that remains off-grid. Surrounded by forest and lakes, yet offering the comforts of private cabins and chef-prepared meals. It’s the kind of place that you can hear yourself breathe, truly disconnecting from everything but the present and feel taken care of. No cooking, cleaning or distractions-just quiet connection in the middle of nowhere.
Hilary and Cory spent the weekend tucked away in nature, just the two of them and it was exactly what they wanted. They exchanged their vows beneath the historic balcony of the lodge as the rain fell around them and the lake sat still behind them.
